This year marks the fifth anniversary in New South Wales for leading infrastructure advisory consultancy, Corview. The past five years have been an energising time for transport and infrastructure in NSW, and for Corview’s role in helping to make it happen. In this time, Corview’s strategic advice has seen the progress of projects like Sydney Metro City & Southwest, Easing Sydney’s Congestion, New Intercity Fleet, Parramatta Light Rail and now Sydney Metro West. “We’ve come a long way in the past five years,” said Luke Franzmann, Corview’s chairman. “But as always our focus will remain on offering our clients our trusted knowledge and expertise, and delivering outcomes on major infrastructure projects.” Working with government and private sector clients, Corview has achieved a range of outstanding outcomes in NSW including:
- Developing investment grade business cases for over $20 billion of infrastructure projects
- Raising over $20 billion of project funding
- Identifying over $2 billion of project capital cost savings through commercial management of scope
- Developing and negotiating over $14 billion of multi-partner funding arrangements on a number of iconic New South Wales infrastructure projects
Today Corview’s NSW office has grown to 26 people and has a strong focus on innovation and progressive thinking. “We are incredibly proud of the team we’ve created in five years,” Franzmann said. “Their expertise enables our clients to make informed investment decisions and manage complex infrastructure transactions across all phases of project development and delivery.” “We could not have reached this milestone without our tremendous team.” Corview will be celebrating another business milestone next year – 10 years of operations in Australia.
