Key Achievements

  • Developed a detailed model that could be used to rapidly considerer changes in scope, time and / or cost
  • Provided informed insights which supported the client and technical team through the development of a preferred option. Two economically and financially viable options were recommended from which an optimal combination of cultural verses commercial uses could be explored.  The adoption of two preferred options was informed by a targeted sensitivity analysis which investigated elements of economic and financial risk for the project.

“Corview was appointed to develop two preliminary business cases for high profile cultural infrastructure projects in Sydney – the Story of Sydney and Shoreline.  The Corview team worked tirelessly to meet the project objectives and delivered excellent outcomes in a very short timeframe.  In addition to developing a compelling investment logic map, case for change and value for money assessment, Corview responded to client feedback and incorporated last minute changes under tight submission deadlines.  Once again, it was a pleasure to have Corview on our team and we look forward to delivering many more successful projects together.”
