Liam is an economic planner who specialises in property advisory and project feasibility with almost 10 years in this field. Liam has a successful track-record of procuring, managing and delivering major projects across land use planning, infrastructure, seniors living and master-planning.

Liam’s key point of speciality is delivering economic rigour and project viability into land use decisions. This is achieved through combining planning and design considerations with economic and demand modelling to deliver optimum outcomes for a diverse range of development projects. Liam is also engaged on the ground for the shaping of development through community consultation and human scale design considerations for best practice urban planning.

Liam utilises Estate Master™ to model potential development scenarios across multiple asset classes including residential, commercial, education and seniors living. Liam also customises demand models based on multiple free source data sets including ABS, BTS, DP&E Projections, Core Logic, BOCSAR with spatial outputs in GIS, utilising ESRI software.
