Associate Director

Bridget brings a wide range of commercial expertise from various infrastructure projects. This includes delivery and procurement options analysis, market sounding, and stakeholder assessment and analysis.  She has extensive experience in infrastructure business case development and management, as well as project strategy, governance and procurement processes. Furthermore, Bridget specialises in financial and risk analysis, and has built a number of complex financial and risk models and undertaken multifaceted analysis on these models including Monte Carlo simulations.

Bridget has drafted, coordinated and compiled complex infrastructure project business cases and submissions in Queensland and New South Wales, and has a detailed understanding of a range of key investment evaluation frameworks.  She has experience with the Queensland Government’s Project Assessment Framework, Building Queensland’s Business Case Development Framework, the National Public Private Partnership Policy and Guidelines and the Department of Infrastructure, Regional Development and Cities’ Australian Transport Assessment and Planning frameworks.
