Associate Director

Abel is an Economist with more than 14 years’ experience providing economic analysis, data modelling and cost methodology support, assisting the government in making policy and funding decisions. Abel has experience in providing critical analysis and strategic advice Federal, State and Local Government programs.

Abel’s skills include working with clients to assess project needs and drivers, demonstrating strategic importance and conducting value for money assessment, including economic appraisal and multi-criteria assessment.  Abel has worked across multi-disciplinary teams, including across regional boundaries and his experience extends to economic assessment (including cost-benefit analysis, economic impact assessment and economics research) across the transport, treasury and education sectors.

Since joining Corview, Abel has been involved in projects from Infrastructure Australia, RMS, Transport for NSW, Infrastructure NSW and Local Governments.  Abel has specialised in value sharing model for transport projects and Regional Economic Development Strategies.
